Motihari : Four juvenile inmates on Thursday evening escaped from Motihari Remand Home and it was detected in the late night. They allegedly walked away from the Remand Home located on collectorate campus in presence of security guard. Interestingly, three security guards have been deployed there.
Mohammad Firoz, Superintendent of Remand Home, said that four juvenile inmates : Quisar Alam , Mohammad Qayamuddin, Suman Saurabh and Pintu escaped from Remand Home. Fifteen inmates have escaped from this Remand Home in last four months . According to police sources, three juvenile inmate who escaped from here last month were arrested red handed in a loot case by police in Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh. All these four
inmates who escaped from remand home are accused in 7 cases of loot ,attempt to murder and other crimes in East Champaran district. The superintendent of remand home has lodged a case against them with police.
A counsellor of this remand home said that 70 juveniles are lodged in this remand home of East and West Champaran districts and around 54 are notorious criminal. Some inmates revealed that they were members of big criminal gangs of West Champaran. Secretary of social welfare department of Bihar Bandana Kini ,who is incharge
