Patna : Principal Secretary, Cabinet Secretariat Department, Bihar Government, Brajesh Mehrotra, was on July 27, 2017, given additional charge of Principal Secretary to the Governor till the return of incumbent E L SN Bala Parasad from leave. Brajesh Mehrotra is an IAS officer of 1989 batch while E L S N Bala Prasad belongs to 1986 batch. The General Administration Department issued a notification to this effect on July 27 itself.
