16 Dy Secretary rank officials shifted, 8 sub-divisions get new SDO

Patna :Bihar government on July 18, 2017, transferred 16 Deputy Secretary rank officials of Bihar Administrative Service (BAS) to different places. Eight of these officials have been appointed SDO of different sub-divisions.

Satyendra Prasad, OSD, CM Secretariat, has been shifted and made SDO, Sitamarhi Sadar sub-division while Mukesh Ranjan, Senior ADM, Nawada, has been appointed SDO, Benipatti, in Madhubani district. Alok Kumar, District Supply Officer, Araria, has been appointed SDO, Samastipur Sadar while Durgesh Kumar, Director, Accounts Administration, East Champaran, has been shifted and appointed SDO, Manjhoul, in Begusarai district.

Vinay Kumar Singh, LRDC, Udakishunganj, Madhepura, has been made SDO, Triveniganj, in Supal district. Anis Akhtar, District Minority Welfare Officer, Katihar, has been appointed SDO, Daudnagar, Aurangabad, while Rakesh Kumar, Senior ADM, Gaya, has been appointed SDO, Sheikhpura, in Sheikhpura district. Kumar Pankaj, District Planning Officer, Aurangabad, has been shifted and made SDO, Jagdishpur, in Bhojpur district. The General Administration Department issued a notification to this effect on July 18 itself.
