Buxar : Some unidentified armed persons shot at and injured a farmer Rajkeshwar Paswan, 65, at village Kamdharapur in Buxar district at about 10 pm on June 29, 2017. Police admitted him to Buxar Sadar Hospital but the doctors there referred him to Patna Medical College and Hospital in view of his serious condition. Old enmity is said to be the reason behind firing on Rajkeshwar Paswan.
An FIR has been lodged with Buxar Muffassil police station but no arrest has so far been made in this connection. SHO, Buxar Muffassil police station, said that Rajkeshwar Paswan had returned from Siwan and was sitting outside his house when some armed persons reached there and pumped three bullets into his stomach and escaped.
