Patna : Bihar government on June 20, 2017, promoted Samastipur DM Pranav Kumar to the rank of Additional Secretary in the Junior Administrative Grade. Pranav Kumar is 2008 batch IAS officer. The General Adminisration Department issued a notification to this effect on June 20 itself.
