Motihari : Police arrested five criminals with firearms and live rounds from Navgol Chowk under Kotwa police station in East Champaran district on May 29, 2017, when they were planning some major crime. Kotwa police led by SHO Pawan Kumar Singh reached Navgol Chowk after getting information that some criminals had gathered there to commit some major crime. East Champaran SP Jitendra Rana said that all the arrested criminals were involved in different incidents of loot under Kotwa and Pipra police stations in the district.
