Two killed in Bhojpur accident

Ara : Two cousins were killed when a speeding four-wheeler collided head-on with their motorcycle near Salempur Petrol Pump on Ara – Salempur main road under Salempur police station late May 9, 2017, evening.

Later, police brought the bodies to Ara Sadar Hospital for post-mortem. The deceased were identified as Babloo Prasad, 25, son of Gopal Prasad of village Agarsanda under Dhobaha police outpost, and his cousin Rakesh Kumar, 20, son of Subhash Prasad of village Ghaghar Krishnagarh police station.

SHO, Salempur police station, said that Babloo Prasad and Rakesh Kumar were going to attend a marriage from Ghaghar to village Sohara on May 9 late evening on their motorcycle. When they reached near Salempur petrol pump on Ara-Salempur main road, a speeding four-wheeler collided head-on with their bike killing of them on the spot. The driver escaped with the vehicle after the accident.
