BSSC gets new chairman

Patna : Sanjiv Kumar Sinha, a 1986 batch IAS officer and Secretary, Bihar Human Rights Commission (BHRC), has been appointed Chairman, Bihar Staff Selection Commission (BSSC), Patna. The General Administration Department (GAD) issued a notification to this effect on March 30, 2017. The post of BSSC chairman of was lying vacant following arrest of Sudhir Kumar, a 1987 batch IAS officer, on February 24, 2017, in connection with leakage of clerical grade exam of the commission held in January this year. Sanjiv Kumar Sinha will also hold additional charge of Chairman, Bihar State Technical Employee Selection Commission, Patna, until further order.
