Bhabhua : Kaimur police and CRPF, in a joint adventure, arrested a hardcore naxalites Vijay Kharwar on March 2, 2017, and also seized a regular rifle and 45 rounds of live cartridges from his possession. He is a very senior  member of Tritiye Prastuti Committee (TPC).

Kaimur SP Harpreet Kaur said that she had information that a naxalite was seen on Kaimur-Rohtas border and so Kimur police and CRPF were asked to arrest them. In their joint venture, police arrested Vijay Kharwar from a place under Adhaura police station in Kaimur district on Kaimur-Rohtas border in South Bihar. He is a resident of Kalma village under Navhatta police station in Rohtas district. At least a dozen cases of naxal violence were lodged with different police stations in Kaimur and Rohtas district. He was also wanted in connection with burning of JCB and other vehicles at Baddi and demanding levy from a construction company.
