Patna: Patna Police in association with Bengal Police arrested a fraud Rajiv Sarraf from Gaya late on February 4 night. He faces charge of duping several persons in the name of giving them jobs in reputed companies of the country. He was brought to Kankerbagh police station on February 5 evening. Police said that Saraf was running Rishikul Institute in Kankerbagh where on-line examinations were conducted. He had duped Rs 8 crore from over two dozen persons in the name of providing franchisee of the institute.
