700 DPS Bokaro Students Receive All Round Achievers Award

Bokaro (Jharkhand) : Seven hundred students of DPS Bokaro (Primary Wing) were on August 30, 2019, felicitated with All Round Achievers Award at a grand function held on the school campus.

Neelam Ileen Toppo, District Education Officer, Bokaro Steel City, was the Chief Guest on the occasion whereas  D K Saha, General Manager Incharge (F&A) of Bokaro Steel Plant was the Guest of Honour. N P Srivastav,  DGM, BSL, was the Special Invitee at the event.

This ceremony was exclusively organised to acknowledge and appreciate the hard work, dedication, and achievement of the students in the context of holistic education.

Addressing the students, Chief Guest Toppo said, “Hard work always pays in the long run. It is their persistent efforts towards the desired goal which has earned them this honour today.” Her words of appreciation included the diligent efforts of the teachers who made the school what it is today.

Speaking on the occasion, Principal, DPS, Bokaro, A  S Gangwar, said,” Education  at DPS Bokaro is about fostering a sense of responsibility for ones action, thoughts, and deeds flavoured with the colours of life. We train children to grow up as complete individuals who are sensitive human beings and their performance in every field is exemplary.”
