7 boozers arrested in Kaimur

Bhabhua : Sleuths of Excise Department arrested seven persons in drunken state from Samekit Check-post under Mohania police station in Kaimur district on March 19, 2017, night and also seized three bottles of IMFL from their possession and a motorcycle.

The arrested persons to Bhabhua Sadar Hospital for medical examination. The arrested persons were identified as Md Rished Alam and Amarjeet Chaudhary of Bahawalpur village under Gorol police station in Vaishali district, Ram Kishun Lal of Silas village under Kochas police station in Rohtas district, Ajay Kumar Singh of Khaira village under Kochas police station in Rohtas district, Santosh Rai of Sauna village under Shivsagar police station in Rohtas district, Pradeep Kumar Mehta of Dharanidhar village in Aurangabad district and Santosh Kumar Sharma of Ahari Kushwahanagar in Aurangabad district. All of them were returning from Uttar Pradesh after boozing. Later, the arrested persons were forwarded to jail. Kaimur police also seized 130 bottles of IMFL from Akhlaspur under Bhabhua police station on March 19 night.
