Patna : Apart from transferring 11 junior IAS officers, Bihar government on February 18, 2019, also transferred 6 senior IAS officers. Vandana Kini, an IAS officer of 1989 batch and Secretary, BHRC, holding additional charge of Inquiry Commissioner, General Administration Department (GAD), has been transferred and appointed Commissioner, Bhagalpur Division.
Safina A N, an IAS officer of 1997 batch and Commissioner, Kosi Division with additional charge of Commissioner, Purnia Division, has been transferred and appointed Commissioner, Purnia Division.
Narmadeshwar Lal, an IAS officer of 1998 batch and Commissioner, Saran Division, with additional charge of Commissioner, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur, has been shifted and appointed Commissioner, Tirhut Division.
Rajesh Kumar, an IAS officer of 2001 batch and Commissioner, Bhagalpur Division, has been transferred and appointed Secretary, BHRC. Rajesh Kumar will also hold additional charge of Inquiry Commissioner, GAD.
Lokesh Kumar Singh, an IAS officer of 2003 batch and Executive Director, State Health Society, with additional charge of Secretary, Health Department, has been shifted and appointed Commissioner, Saran Division.
Aasangwa Chuba Aao, an IAS officer of 2003 batch and Secretary cum Mines Commissioner, Mines & Geology Department, has been transferred and appointed Commissionder, Kosi Division. The GAD issued notification tregarding these transfers and postings on February 18.
