Patna : Nominations filed by 47 candidates for the Jamui, Aurangabad, Gaya, and Nawada parliamentary constituencies of Bihar were found correct after scrutiny on March 26, 2019. Elections to Jamui, Aurangabad, Gaya, and Nawada parliamentary constituencies will be held in the first of LS polls 2019.

Nominations of 11 candidates for Jamui seat, 9 for Aurangabad seat, 14 for Gaya seat, and 13 for Nawada seat were found correct after scrutiny held on March 26, 2019, according to Additional Chief Electoral Officer, Bihar, Sanjay Kumar Singh. He said that nominations of 7 candidates in Aurangabad, 5 in Nawada, and one in Jamui were rejected after scrutiny.
