Patna : The number of Covid-19 cases detected so far in Bihar increased to 2,62,864 on March 10, 2021, as 44 more persons including 9 from Patna, 6 each from Katihar and Aurangabad, 4 from Begusarai, 3 from East Champaran, and 2 each from Darbhanga, Nalanda, Rohtas, and Supaul, tested positive for the pandemic on March 9, 2021. The number of active cases rose to 302 in Bihar including 140 in Patna on March 10 from 297 on March 9.
Of the 2,62,864 Covid-19 cases recored so far in Bihar, a total of 2,61,013 patients have been declared cured including 38 in last 24 hours with the recovery rate (RR) being 99.30%. Bihar has tested 2,27,06,935 samples so far including 25,256 samples on March 9, 2021.
The Covid-19 toll increased to 1,548 in Bihar on March 10, 2021, with one new death being recorded in Bhagalpur in last 24 hours. With it, the toll increased to 83 in Bhagalpur.
