4 criminals nabbed in Sitamarhi with car, bike, firearms

Sitamarhi : A police team in Sitamarhi district under the leadership of SHO, Bathnaha police station, Prabhat Saxena, on February 11, 2018, arrested four criminals : Deep Narain Mahto, Mohd Jamshed Alam, Mohd Halim Khan and Vijay Baitha along with a car, a motorbike, two countrymade pistols, four live rounds and seven mobile phones near village Kamaldah Cowk.

All the four arrested criminals are residents of Sitamarhi district and were hatching a plan to commit crime, said SHO Saxena. ” Police, on a tip off, acted swiftly. Their names figure in several serious crimes committed in Sitamarhi district as well as in adjoining districts. After committing crime, they used to take shelter in Nepal,” SHO Saxena addedd.
