Patna : Covid-19 cases rose to 2,62,975 in Bihar on March 13, 2021, as 38 more persons including 17 from Patna, 6 from Madhubani, and 2 each from Darbhanga, Munger, Nawada, and Rohtas, tested positive for the pandemic on March 12, 2021.
The active cases increased to 332 in Bihar including 169 in Patna from 323 active cases on March 12, 2021 Bihar has tested 2,27,85,366 samples so far including 32,948 samples on March 12, 2021. Of the 2,62,975 Covid-19 cases recorded so far in Bihar, altogether 2,61,092 patients have been declared cured including 28 in last 24 hours with the recovery rate (RR) being 99.28% on March 13, 2021.

The Covid-19 toll increased to 1,550 in Bihar on March 13, 2021, with 1 new death being recorded in East Champaran in last 24 hours. With it, the toll increased to 54 plus 12 active cases in East Champaran on March 13.
