New Delhi : The phenomenal increase in the number of Coronavirus (COVID-19) patients getting cured continues in India reaching 7,53,049 at 8 am on July 22, 2020, an increase of 28,472 during last 24 hours exceeding the number of active cases in the country by 3,41,916.
On the negative side, Coronavirus death toll has jumped to 28,732 in India with 648 new deaths being reported from different parts of the country, according to a PIB release. In Maharashtra, the death toll stands at 12,276, 3,690 in Delhi, 2,626 in Tamilnadu, 2,196 in Gujarat, and 1,464 in Karnataka.
