Patna : Covid-19 cases increased to 2,62,937 in Bihar on March 12, 2021, as 28 more persons including 13 from Patna, 3 each from Bhagalpur and Madhubani, and 2 from Samastipur tested positive for the pandemic on March 11, 2021. The number of active cases in Bihar remained pegged at 323 in Bihar including 161 in Patna on march 12, 2021.
Of the 2,62,937 Covid-19 cases recorded so far in Bihar, a total of 2,61,064 patients have been declared cured in the state including 27 in last 24 hours with the recovery rate (RR) being 99.29%. The state has tested 22752418 samples so far including 22,256 samples on March 11, 2021.
The Covid-19 toll climbed to 1,549 in Bihar with one new death being recorded in Muzaffarpur in last 24 hours. With it, the toll increased to 52 in Muzaffarpur. on March 12, 2021.
