Patna : Covid-19 cases rose to 2,61,511 in Bihar on February 10, 2021, afternoon, as 64 more persons including 9 from Patna, 7 from Siwan, 5 each from Begusarai and Nalanda, 4 each from Purnia and West Champaran, and 3 each from Arwal, East Champaran, Gaya, Muzaffarpur, Saran, and Vaishali, tested positive for the pandemic on February 9, 2021.
Of the 2,61,511 Covid-19 cases recorded so far in Bihar, a total of 2,59,234 patients have been declared cured including 60 in last 24 hours with the recovery rate (RR) being 99.13%. The number of active cases in Bihar was 756 on February 10, 2021. The state has tested 2,17,41,730 samples so far including 76,878 samples on February 9, 2021.
The Covid-19 toll increased to 1,520 in Bihar on February 20, 2021, with 2 new deaths being recorded in the state in last 24 hours including one each in Bhojpur and Nawada. With it the toll increased to 48 in Bhojpur and 25 in Nawada.
