Patna : The Covid-19 cases rose to 2,61,068 in Bihar on February 4, 2021, afternoon, as 64 more persons including 15 from Patna, 8 from Gaya, 5 each from Aurangabad and Siwan, 4 from Lakhisarai, and 3 each from Banka, Munger, Muzaffarpur, and Sara, tested positive for the pandemic on February 3, 2021.
Of the 2,61,068 Covid-19 cases recorded so far in Bihar, a total of 2,58,556 patients have been declared cured including 109 in last 24 hours with the recovery rate being 99.04%. The number of active cases in Bihar was 999 on February 4, 2021. The state has tested 2,13,09,467 samples so far including 73,488 samples on February 3, 2021.
The Covid-19 toll increased to 1,512 in Bihar on February 4, 2021, with 2 new deaths being recorded in the state in last 24 hours, both in Patna. With it, the toll jumped to 423 in Patna on February 4, 2021.
