Bettiah : Twenty-five panchayats of West Champaran district were declared Open Defecation Free (ODF) on World Toilet Day on November 19, 2018, according Deputy Development Commissioner (DDC), West Champaran, Rabindranath Prasad.The DDC said that out of 315 panchayats in the district, 95 panchayats have been declared ODF so far. The work is on to declare the remaining panchayats of the district ODF, DDC Prasad said.
