Ara : Sleuths of Prohibition and Excise Department conducted raid at a house at village Zamira under Ara Muffasil police station (PS) on February 13, 2021, and seized 233 cartons of Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) though liquor smugglers could not be arrested.
Assistant Commissioner, Excise Department, said that he got information that a big consignment of IMFL was kept at a house at village Zamira under Ara Muffasil police station in Bhojpur District in South Bihar. A team Excise Department conducted raid at the house at Zamira and seized 233 cartons of IMFL kept in the kitchen of the house. An FIR was lodged with Ara Muffasil police station in this connection. Police are conducting raids to arrest the liquor smugglers.
