Patna: The government railway police (GRP) seized 23 bottles of English wine near Booking Counter at Patna Junction late on October 21 nigh. The wine bottles were kept in a bag lying abandoned near the Booking Counter. Obviously, the owner of the bag escaped from the scene seeing police.
