Bagaha : A two year old boy Irfan, son of Samsad Mian of Tarayasujan in Kushinagar district in Uttar Pradesh, who was staying at village Bhatahawa under Thakaraha police station at the house of his maternal uncle, was crushed to death by a speeding tractor trolley while crossing the road on February 21, 2019, morning. Sources said that the boy suddenly came under wheels of tractor trolley. Police failed to seize the tractor trolley and arrest the tractor driver.
