Sasaram : Two bicycle borne students were crushed to death by a speeding vehicle near village Govindpur under Kochas police station in Rohtas district on January 7, 2019, late evening.
SHO, Kochas police station, Sushant Kumar Mandal said that Sonu Kumar, 19, son of Srinath Ram, and Chandan Kumar, 18, son of Umesh Ram of village Chitaini under Kochas police station, were going to a coaching centre on their bicycle on January 7, 2019, evening. When they reached near village Govindpur on NH 30, a speeding vehicle crushed them to death on the spot. The driver escaped with the vehicle after the incident.
