Patna : A total of 195 persons including 80 from Patna, 9 each from Gaya and Begusarai, 7 each from Nawada and West Champaran, 6 each from Siwan, Bhojpur and Rohtas, 5 each from East Champaran and Nalanda, 4 each from Aurangabad, Madhubani, and Saran, 3 each from Araria, Bhagalpur, Gopalganj, Kishanganj, Madhepura, Munger, and Supaul, tested positive for Covid -19 on March 26 taking the tally of Active cases in Bihar to 1,115 including 468 in Patna on March 27, 2021, from 1,000 Active cases on March 26, 2021.
The Covid-19 cases recorded so far in Bihar rose to 2,64,604 cases on March 27, 2021, of which 2,61,919 patients have been declared cured including 78 in last 24 hours with the recovery rate (RR) dropping to 98.98% in the state. Bihar has tested 23485865 samples so far including 59,031 samples on March 26, 2021.
The Covid-19 toll increased to 1,571 in Bihar on March 27, 2021, with 2 new deaths being recorded in Patna in last 24 hours. With this, the toll climbed to 457 in Patna on March 27.
