Patna : Bihar Government on July 27, 2018, granted Joint Secretary rank to 19 officers who were promoted to IAS rank from Bihar Administrative Service (BAS) on March 27, 2018. The General Administration Department (GAD) issued a notification to this effect on July 27.
The 19 IAS officers granted Joint Secretary rank are : Sanwar Bharti, Radha Kishore Jha, Arun Prakash, Kumar Arun Prakash, Bharat Kumar Dubey, Ratnesh Kumar, Vinod Kumar Singh, Narendra Kumar Sinha, Ranjan Kumar Sinha, Abhay Raj, Madhurani Thakur, Durgesh Nandan, Dr Shyamal Kishore Pathak, Khurshid Alam Khan, Vivekanand Jha, Surendra Jha, Chaudhary Anant Narayan, Mohad Shamim, and Mohd Bashir.
