New Delhi : The exponential increase in the number of Coronavirus (COVID-19) patients getting cured continues in India reaching 5,53,470 at 8 am on July 13, 2020, an increase of 18,850 during last 24 hours exceeding the total number of active cases by 2,51,861. The number of active cases in the country stands at 3,01,609.

Coronavirus death toll in India, on the other hand, has jumped to 23,2174 with 500 new deaths being reported from different parts of the country since July 12,2020, including 173 from Maharaashtra, 71 from Karnataka, 37 from Delhi, 26 from West Bengal, 21 from UP, 12 from Bihar, and 7 from Jharkhand.

As far Corona patients getting cured goes, in Maharashtra alone 1,40,325 patients have been cured followed by 89,968 in Delhi, 89,532 in Tamilnadu,  29,162 in Gujarat, 23,334 in UP, 22,482 in Telengana, 18,103 in Rajasthan, 15,983 in Haryana, 15,409 in Karnataka,  sand 11, 498 in Bihar.

COVID-19 death toll break-up in India is : Maharashtra (10,289), Delhi (3,371), Gujarat (2,045), Tamilnadu (1,966), UP (934), West Bengal (932), Karnataka (684), MP (653), Rajasthan (510), Telengana (356), Andhra Pradesh (328), Haryana (301), Punjab (199), J&K (179),  Bihar (143), Odisha (64), Uttarakhand (47), Assam (35), Kerala (31), Jharkhand (30), Chhattisgarh (19), Puducherry (18), Goa (14), Himachal Pradesh (11), Chandigarh (8), Arunachal Pradesh (2),  Meghalaya (2), Tripura (2), and Ladakh (1).
