New Delhi :  The number of Coronavirus (COVID-19) patients getting cured has been rising rapidly in India reaching 1,62,378 at 8 am on June 14, 2020, an increase of 8,029 during last 24 hours. The total number of active cases stands at 1,49,348 in the country.

In Maharashtra alone, 49,346 Coronavirus patients have been cured followed by 23,409 in Tamilnadu, 15,883 in Gujarat, 14,945 in Delhi, 9,337 in Rajasthan, 7,377 in Madhya Pradesh, 7,875 in UP, 4,542 in West Bengal, and 3,956 in Bihar.

Coronavirus death toll, on the other hand, has climbed to 9,195 in India with 311 new deaths being reported from different parts of the country during last 24 hours with Maharashtra reporting 113 new deaths while Delhi reported 57 new deaths. Gujarat reported 33 new deaths.
