145 BAS members promoted to ADM rank

Patna : The Bihar government on May 9, 2017, granted provisional promotion to 145 members of Bihar Administrative Service (BAS), all in the rank of Deputy Secretary, to the rank of ADM. The General Administration Department (GAD) issued a notification to this effect on May 9. The promotion will be subject to the Supreme Court order on an SLP, Bihar government vs Sushil Kumar & others.
