New Delhi :The number of Coronavirus (COVID-19) patients getting cured rose to 1,41,028 in India at 8 am on June 11, 2020, a huge increase of 5,823 during last 24 hours. The figure exceeds the number of active cases in the country which stands at 1,37,448. In Maharashtra, 44,517 patients have been cured followed by 19,333 in Tamilnadu, 14,735 in Gujarat, 12,245 in Delhi, 8,569 in Rajasthan, 6,892 in MP, 6,871 in Uttar Pradesh, 3,779 in West Bengal,3,081 in Bihar, and 592 in Jharkhand. The recovery rate exceeds 48.88 %.

Coronavirus death toll, on the other hand, has jumped to 8,103 in Bihar with 357 new deaths being reported from different parts of the country during last 24 hours, a big leap indeed. Maharashtra reported 149 new deaths during last 24 hours while Gujarat reported 34 new deaths and Delhi 79 new deaths.
