Bagaha: A 14 year old girl of village Sirsia, a student of Class V at Government Primary School, Pacharukha under Naurangia police station in Bagaha police district, was allegedly raped by a school teacher Guddu Chaudhary on June 11, 2018, afternoon, on the school premises.
The father of survivor alleged that the school was closed for summer vacation but the teacher on the pretext of getting a form filled up had come to the his house and took her on motorbike to the school with her two tiny brothers. The teacher gave the two boys Rs 20 to bring sweets from a nearby shop and committed the offence at a school room.
The girl suffered serious injuries because of sexual assault and was lying unconscious in the room while the teacher fled away from the spot scene when the boys returned there. They informed their parents about the incident after which Naurangia police were informed about it. The survivor narrated the whole story before police.
Naurangia police station Sub- Inspector (SI) Vijay Bahadur recorded the statement of the girl under Section 376 of the IPC and Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act. The girl was presented before the Juvenile Court, Bettiah, on June 12, 2018, for recording her statement under Section 164 CrPC and thereafter sent to Hospital for her medical examination. The teacher is still absconding. Bagaha SP Arvind kumar Gupta has ordered for the immediate arrest of the teacher.
