New Delhi : The massive increase in the number of Coronavirus (COVID-19) patients getting cured continues in India reaching 2,85,636 at 8 am on June 26, 2020, an increase of 13,940 during last 24 hours. Coronavirus death toll has jumped to 15,301 in India with 407 new deaths being reported from different parts of the country including 192 from Maharashtra and 64 from Delhi since June 25, 2020. The number of active cases in the country stands at 1,89,463.

As far Coronavirus patients getting cured goes, Maharashtra alone accounts for 77,453 followed by 44,765 in Delhi, 39,999 in Tamilnadu, 21,498 in Gujarat, 13,119 in UP, 12,840 in Rajasthan, 10,190 in West Bengal, 9,619 in MP, 7,380 in Haryana, 6,670 in Karnataka, 6,441 in Bihar, 4,988 in Andhra Pradesh, and 1,605 in Jharkhand.

The Coronavirus death toll break-up in India is : Maharashtra (6,931), Delhi (2,429), Gujarat (1,753), Tamilnadu (911), Uttar Pradesh (611), West Bengal (606), Madhya Pradesh (542), Rajasthan (379), Telengana (230), Haryana (198), Karnataka (170), Andhra Pradesh (136), Punjab (120), J&K (90), Bihar (57), Uttarakhand (36), Kerala (22), Odisha (17), Chhattisgarh (12), jharkhand (12), Assam (9), Himachal Pradesh (9), Puducherry (9), Chandigarh (6), Goa (2), Arunachal Pradesh (1), Ladakh(1), Meghalaya (1), and Tripura (1).
