Patna : Eleven notorious criminals lodged in Beur Central Jail, Patna, and other jails falling under its jurisdiction have been shifted to Special Central Jail, Bhagalpur, and Shaheed Juba Sahni Central Jail, Bhagalpur, to stop them from getting in touch with their henchmen from inside jail and directing them to commit different crimes. The jail administration concerned would keep a close watch on their activities through CCTV cameras.
These 11 criminals including Ritlal Yadav, son of Ramashish Yadav, and Sonu Kumar, son of Sanjay, have been shifted from Beur Central Jail following continuous efforts by DIG, Central Range, Patna, Rajesh Kumar. There were reports that these 11 jailed criminals were even meeting their gang members, according to DIG, Central Range, Patna.
Ritlal Yadav, Sonu Kumar, Sikkandar Yadav alias Sikkandar Rai, Amit Singh alias Amit Kumar, Ranjit alias Kalia, and Ladoo Patel alias Vijay Patel have been shifted to Special Central Jail, Bhagalpur. Ankit Kumar alias Happy, Rajiv Gope, Abhishekh Kumar, Vikas Kumar alias Amresh alias Chhotu, and Neeraj Singh have been shifted to Shaheed Juba Sahni Central Jail, Bhagalpur, according to DIG, Central Range.
